宜化集团是湖北省重点化工企业,也是国务院重点扶持的512家优势企业之一,其综合经济效益指标居全国小氮肥行业首位。在近几年的兼并联合、资产重组浪潮中,省内外许多中小企业看中宜化集团在资金、技术、人才及管理等方面的优势,先后有60多家企业找上门来请宜化兼并,这些企业涉及化工、房地产、商业等多个领域。
Yihua Group is a key chemical enterprise in Hubei Province and one of the 512 leading enterprises supported by the State Council. Its comprehensive economic efficiency index ranks first in the small nitrogen fertilizer industry in China. In the wave of mergers and acquisitions and asset restructuring in recent years, many small and medium-sized enterprises both inside and outside the province have taken advantage of the advantages of capital, technology, talent, and management of China Yihua Group. More than 60 companies have come to the market to request mergers and acquisitions. These companies are involved in chemical, real estate, business and other fields.
