本文就如何加强煤矿基层工会组织建设进行了论述,重点对完善基层工会人员组成结构、增强基层工会工作主观能动性进行了分析,提出加强基层工会组织建设是加强基层工会建设的必然要求,加强基层工会组织建设,必须坚持党委领导,争取行政的支持,必须加强基层工会干部的素质培训,必须围绕矿生产中心组织职工开展各种有益的活动增强基层工会组织建设,不断提高基层工会干部队伍的组织力和协调力。
