马克思分析资本主义商品经济所揭示的平均利润规律的一般原理,对社会主义市场经济的运行有其重要的现实指导意义。我国在十一届三中全会前,农村经济发展缓慢,存在较为严重的城乡差别,否定平均利润规律的存在,没有尊重平均利润规律是重要原因之一。在现实生活中,按照平均利润规律的要求,促进农村经济的发展,我们仍然需要进一步深化相关的改革。
Marx’s analysis of the general principle of the average profit law revealed in the capitalist commodity economy has an important practical guiding significance for the operation of the socialist market economy. Before the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the rural economy developed slowly and there was a serious difference between urban and rural areas. Negating the existence of the law of average profit and not respecting the law of average profit was one of the important reasons. In real life, according to the law of average profit, to promote the development of the rural economy, we still need to further deepen relevant reforms.
