目的:研究民间药用植物显脉羊蹄甲茎中化学成分。方法:用硅胶等色谱技术分离化合物,经理化性质及波谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:从显脉羊蹄甲茎醋酸乙酯部位分离鉴定了7个查耳酮类化合物,分别为紫铆花素-4-甲醚(1),异甘草素(2),紫铆花素(3),异甘草素-2′-甲醚(4),2,′4′-二羟基查尔酮(5),异甘草素-4-甲醚(6),4-羟基-2,′4′-二甲氧基查尔酮(7)。结论:化合物1,3和7为首次从该属植物中获得,其余化合物均为首次从该植物得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the medicinal plants in the vein of the cupping arm. Methods: Compounds were separated by chromatography on silica gel and identified by chemical and spectroscopic techniques. Results: Seven chalcone compounds were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate fraction of Hippophae rhamnoides, respectively, which were: vinca-4-methyl ether (1), isoliquiritigenin (2) 3), isoliquiritigenin-2’-methyl ether (4), 2’4’-dihydroxy chalcone (5), isoliquiritigenin- 4’-dimethoxychalcone (7). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 3 and 7 were obtained from this genus for the first time, and the rest of the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
