近年来我国电力企业管理水平不断得以提升和发展,这是企业在落实科学发展观,以及勇于创新的直接结果。笔者结合工作实践,分别从更新观念,激发员工的创新精神;精细管理,谋求企业效益最大化;改进作风,提高工作效率;这三个方面论述了电力企业如何实现在创新中促进发展,在发展中追求卓越。以期为进一步促进电力企业的健康发展提供有益参考。
In recent years, the management level of China’s power enterprises has been continuously improved and developed.
