发改委发布2013年棉花进口关税配额量为89.4万吨针对当前棉花行业面临的国内外价差较大、国际市场需求不足等困难,10月9日,国家发展改革委、财政部、农业部、工信部、工商总局、质检总局、供销总社和农业发展银行等八部门联合召开全国棉花工作电视电话会议,总结2011年度棉花工作,分析2012年度棉花形势,部署新年度的棉花工作。
