一、前言由于钢水沸腾反应的冲刷作用,在沸腾钢表面生成洁净的沸腾层,所以钢锭表面很整洁,而且由于沸腾钢不产生镇静钢那样的收缩孔,因而它的特点是初轧开坯收得率高,成本低廉。所以沸腾钢被作为一般结构用钢管的原料以及轧制低强度钢板的原料。另外,由于成本低廉,而且表面漂亮,因此在对钢板表面洁净度要求严格的冷轧钢板方面使用沸腾钢。
