去年十三号台风期间,钱塘江河口和杭州湾各站水位,均打破了历史记录。很多土堤决口失事,分析其原因,大都由于土堤质量不好,在高水位作用下。发生集中渗漏所致。为弄清各种灌水密实方法对土堤防渗防漏的效果。我局去年十一月份在肖山县新垦区进行了一次土堤灌水密实现场试验。参加试验人员除省钱塘江工程管理局和肖山县农业局、县围垦指挥部外,绍兴县三江塘闸管理所和余杭县围垦指挥部等单位,也在不同试验阶段派员参加了试验工作。
