建立了基于点热源比较瞬时法的热导率测量装置,该装置适合于非电解质和电解质溶液,并可以使实验快速进行。用该装置测定12个原油馏分在不同温度下的热导率,克服了由于原油中存在极性组分而影响实验结果的困难。关联了馏分热导率与温度、以及馏分的平均分子量、密度、运动粘度和折射率等基本物理性质之间的关系,结果满意。
A thermal conductivity measuring device based on the comparative instantaneous heating of point heat source was established. The device is suitable for non-electrolyte and electrolyte solution and can make the experiment proceed rapidly. The apparatus was used to measure the thermal conductivity of 12 crude oil fractions at different temperatures and overcome the difficulty of affecting the experimental results due to the presence of polar components in the crude oil. The correlation between the thermal conductivity of the fraction and the temperature, as well as the basic physical properties such as the average molecular weight, density, kinematic viscosity and refractive index of the fraction, is obtained and the results are satisfactory.
