以固体超强酸ZrO2 SO2 -4为催化剂合成了乙酸糠酯。得到了适宜的催化剂制备条件及反应条件 :以氨水沉淀ZrOCl2 ·8H2 O溶液 ,以 0 75mol/L硫酸溶液浸渍ZrO2 ,并于 60 0℃下焙烧 4h。 0 2 5mol乙酸、0 2 5mol糠醇和 80ml甲苯混合后加入 4 g催化剂 ,产品收率可达 92 %。催化剂可重复利用 6次
The furfuryl acetate was synthesized with solid superacid ZrO2 SO2-4 as catalyst. The suitable catalyst preparation conditions and reaction conditions were obtained: ZrOCl2.8H2O solution was precipitated with ammonia water, ZrO2 was impregnated with 0 75mol / L sulfuric acid solution and calcined at 60 0 ℃ for 4h. 0 2 5mol acetic acid, 0 2 5mol furfuryl alcohol and 80ml of toluene after mixing 4g catalyst, the product yield up to 92%. The catalyst can be reused 6 times
