以[~(14)C]-脱氧葡萄糖放射自显影方法,观察了在脱水状态下大鼠脑室内注射人工合成的心钠素Ⅲ后,脑内含有加压素神经元核团的脱氧葡萄糖摄取的视密度值,与对照组相比,均明显低下。穹窿下器官的视密度值下降为18%,下丘脑室旁核下降为12.3%,视上核为13.8%,视交叉上核为15.5%,经统计学处理均有显著性差异。结果表明,脑内脱氧葡萄糖摄取降低可能是由于脑室内注入心钠素Ⅲ可以抑制由于脱水而引起的葡萄糖代谢增强的作用。
