2007年全国金融工作会议明确了农业银行“面向‘三农’、整体改制、商业运作、择机上市”的改革原则,并要求农业银行发挥农村金融的骨干和支柱作用。在新的市场定位下,农业银行能否可持续发展?如何实现可持续发展?是当前倍受各方关注的焦点。作为农行“面向‘三农’”的基本平台,县支行如何在新形势下更好地为“三农”和县域经济服务,并通过积极服务“三农”和县域经济,实现自身的可持续发展,这是一个全新的课题。为此,本刊本期“调查与思考”栏目编发了三篇关于县支行发展问题的调研报告,以期全行上下都来关注县支行的可持续发展问题,并积极献谋献策,共同推进农业银行的改革进程。
