目的总结经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(TUVP)结合经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗前列腺增生(BPH)的临床体会。方法回顾性分析经尿道前列腺汽化电切结合电切治疗前列腺增生1 706例的临床资料。结果手术均获成功,无严重并发症。术后随访3个月,国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS),生活质量评分(QOL)及残余尿量各项指标与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TUVP结合TURP是治疗前列腺增生安全、有效的方法。
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of transurethral vaporization of the prostate (TUVP) combined with transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods The clinical data of 1 706 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by transurethral vaporization of the prostate combined with electrotomy were retrospectively analyzed. Results The operation was successful without serious complications. After 3 months of follow-up, there were significant differences in the indicators of IPSS, QOL and residual urine before operation (P <0.05). Conclusion TUVP combined with TURP is a safe and effective method for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
