对肺癌误诊为神经根型颈椎病1例分析如下。1病历摘要女,66岁。以颈肩痛,右上肢疼痛、麻木3个月,加重1周为主诉就诊。该患3个月前无明显诱因出现颈肩疼痛引起右上肢麻木疼痛。体格检查:颈部两侧肌肉稍紧张,椎旁有压痛,以右侧明显,颈部活动轻微受限。压头实验(-),右臂丛神经牵拉
Misdiagnosed as lung cancer cervical spondylosis in 1 case as follows. 1 medical record summary female, 66 years old. Neck and shoulder pain, right upper extremity pain, numbness 3 months, an increase of 1 week for the main complaint. There was no obvious incentive to have neck and shoulder pain 3 months ago, causing pain in the upper right upper limb numbness. Physical examination: a slight tension on both sides of the neck muscles, paravertebral tenderness to the right obvious, slightly limited neck activity.
