对新生儿急性髋关节发炎误诊为上呼吸道感染1例分析如下。1病历摘要男,18日龄。孕38周臀位,胎膜早破剖宫产,产时无窒息,生后大小便正常,四肢活动自如。出生后15 d哭闹明显,左下肢活动受限,呈屈曲状态,强行伸开哭闹加剧。生后16 d晨起发热,T 38.5℃,在当地诊所诊断为急性上呼吸
