目的:探讨盐酸法舒地尔对缺血性脑卒中患者C反应蛋白水平的影响。方法:90例缺血性脑卒中患者分为对照组和盐酸法舒地尔组,采用美国IMMULITE1000全自动化学发光仪检测治疗前和治疗15 d时血浆C反应蛋白水平。结果:90例缺血性脑卒中患者入院时血浆C反应蛋白水平显著增高,入院治疗15 d时,盐酸法舒地尔组血浆C反应蛋白水平下降率优于普通组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸法舒地尔可明显降低C反应蛋白,使其促进内皮细胞介导的白细胞粘附和渗出作用明显减弱,具有减少炎症介质的产生,减轻炎症反应的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of fasudil hydrochloride on C-reactive protein in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods: Ninety ischemic stroke patients were divided into control group and fasudil hydrochloride group. Plasma C-reactive protein levels were measured before and 15 days after treatment with IMMULITE 1000 automatic chemiluminescence apparatus. Results: Serum C-reactive protein level was significantly increased in 90 ischemic stroke patients at admission. The decline of plasma C-reactive protein level in fasudil hydrochloride group was better than that of the normal group on the 15th day after admission (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Fasudil hydrochloride can significantly reduce C-reactive protein, which can significantly reduce endothelial cell-mediated leukocyte adhesion and exudation. It can reduce the production of inflammatory mediators and reduce the inflammatory reaction.
