目的:比较药物保守及保守性手术治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法:比较两种治疗方法的成功率、治疗后输卵管通畅率、治疗1 a内异位妊娠和宫内妊娠率。结果:两组成功率、患侧输卵管通畅率和重复异位妊娠率无显著性差异,对侧输卵管通畅率和重复异位妊娠率、宫内妊娠率有显著性差异。结论:两种方法成功率无差异,保守性手术可提高宫内妊娠率。
Objective: To compare the efficacy of conservative and conservative surgery for ectopic pregnancy. Methods: The success rates of two treatment methods, tubal patency rate after treatment, ectopic pregnancy within 1 year and intrauterine pregnancy rate were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in success rate, tubal patency rate and repeat ectopic pregnancy between the two groups. The contralateral tubal patency rate, repeated ectopic pregnancy rate and intrauterine pregnancy rate were significantly different. Conclusion: There is no difference in success rate between the two methods. Conservative surgery can improve intrauterine pregnancy rate.
