应用中医药学的养生保健理论,通过给大鼠高脂饲料,建立高血脂的动物模型,同时用苍术、荷叶、决明子、莱菔子、枳实、鸡内金、生大黄等按一定量组成方剂,进行干预实验。结果表明,本方剂能明显抑制因高脂饲料引起的实验大鼠体重的升高;能明显抑制因高脂饲料引起的实验大鼠TG和LDL-C含量升高,能明显抑制因高脂饲料引起的实验大鼠HDL-C含量降低。提示本方剂具有一定的减肥和降低血脂的作用。
