盾叶薯蓣Discorea zingibernsis C.H.Wright是一种野生的、多年生缠绕性草本植物,属薯蓣科薯蓣属;分布在湖北、四川、云南、陕西和湖南等省。现采于云南省文山州者,其根茎中所含地奥配基(薯蓣皂素),是合成避孕药、甾体激素类药物的重要药源。其根茎中除含少量的薯蓣皂甙外,还有约40％的淀粉,50％纤维和其他化学成份。但在生产中对如何快速确定样品中皂素的含量,至今仍是大家关注的问题。我们通过实验,摸索出了两种新颖、快速测定薯蓣中皂素含量的方法。
Dicera zingibernsis C.H. Wright is a wild, perennial twining herb belonging to the genus Dioscorea; distributed in Hubei, Sichuan, Yunnan, Shaanxi and Hunan provinces. It is currently collected in Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The diosgenin (dioscin) contained in its rhizomes is an important source of synthetic contraceptives and steroid hormone drugs. In addition to a small amount of diosgenin in its rhizome, there are about 40% of starch, 50% of fiber and other chemical components. However, in the production, how to quickly determine the content of saponin in the sample has still been a matter of concern to everyone. Through experiments, we have explored two novel and rapid methods for the determination of saponin content in dioscorea.
