目的:观察地佐辛配伍丙泊酚在无痛人工流产术的临床效果。方法:接受人流的健康早孕患者90例,随机分为三组,每组30例。A组:丙泊酚;B组:丙泊酚+芬太尼;C组:丙泊酚+地佐辛。观察指标包括诱导时间、苏醒时间、镇痛效果、生命体征和不良反应。结果:A组丙泊酚用量大,术中呼吸、循环抑制明显,B组丙泊酚用量明显少于A组(P<0.05),且苏醒时间较B组缩短(P<0.05)。C组呼吸、循环抑制轻微,生命体征围术期平稳,无不良反应,苏醒时间、体动反应发生率较A组缩短(P<0.05),与B组比较差异均无统计学意义,呼吸抑制与B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛配伍丙泊酚在无痛人工流产术中具有良好的麻醉效果、并发症少、值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of dezocine and propofol in painless artificial abortion. Methods: Ninety healthy early pregnancy patients who received abortion were randomly divided into three groups of 30 cases. Group A: Propofol; Group B: Propofol + Fentanyl; Group C: Propofol + Dezocine. Observational indicators include induction time, recovery time, analgesic effect, vital signs and adverse reactions. Results: The dosage of propofol in group A was large, the intraoperative respiration and circulation were obviously inhibited. The dosage of propofol in group B was less than that in group A (P <0.05), and the recovery time was shorter than that in group B (P <0.05). In group C, the respiration and circulation were mild, the perioperative period was stable, no adverse reactions, the recovery time and the rate of body movement were shorter than those in group A (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between group C and group B Compared with group B, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Dezocine in combination with propofol has a good anesthetic effect in painless artificial abortion, with fewer complications and worthy of clinical application.
