目的为掌握吉林口岸鼠形动物的本底情况,为口岸鼠媒传染病监测工作提供科学依据。方法采用Elton夹夜法,每日1次,每次3 d,连续12个月。结果本次监测共计捕获鼠形动物657只,经分类鉴定隶属于2目3科7属13种,黑线姬鼠占总数的56.17%;图们江区域鼠密度高峰期在7月,鸭绿江区域鼠密度高峰期在9、10月,长春机场口岸鼠密度高峰期在8月。三地区均在高峰期后逐渐下降,12月后接近平缓;实验室检测出汉坦病毒抗体阳性11只,其中图们江区域8只,长春机场口岸3只。结论吉林口岸鼠形动物以黑线姬鼠为优势种;鼠密度高峰期集中在7、8、9、10月;图们江区域和长春机场口岸鼠媒传染病风险高于鸭绿江区域,应该加强鼠媒传染病防控工作。
Objective To grasp the background of mouse-shaped animals in Jilin Port and provide a scientific basis for the monitoring of port-borne infectious diseases. Methods Elton nocturnal method, once daily for 3 days, for 12 consecutive months. Results A total of 657 mouse-shaped animals were captured in this survey. Thirteen species belonging to 7 genera and 3 families belonging to 2 orders and 3 families belonging to 2 orders were identified, accounting for 56.17% of the total. The peak period of rat density in the Tumen River region was in July and the Yalu River region Rat density peak in September and October, Changchun Airport port rat density peaked in August. After the peak, the three areas gradually decreased and reached a flat level after December. There were 11 positive samples of Hantavirus detected in the laboratory, including 8 in the Tumen River area and 3 at the Changchun Airport Port. Conclusions The rats in Jiading port are dominant Apodemus agrarius; the peak of rat density is concentrated in July, August, September and October; the risk of rat infectious disease in Tumen River area and Changchun Airport port is higher than that of the Yalu River area and should be strengthened Prevention and control of rodent disease.
