研究了IT能力及社会资本对企业知识集成能力的影响,给出了IT能力和社会资本与企业知识集成能力的系统化能力、社会能力、合作化能力之间关系的概念模型,在理论分析的基础上提出了相应的假设。进行大量的问卷调查,并以SPSS和AMOS管理统计软件作为数据分析工具,建立了结构方程模型。实证研究结果显示,社会资本对企业知识集成能力的系统化能力、合作能力、社会化能力三个维度的影响效应依次递增,而IT能力对企业知识集成能力三维度的影响效应依次递减,同时,IT能力对社会资本具有正向的促进作用。
