我们于1984年8-10月对26例恶性疟患者用抗疟新药双咯喹~2,分别采用1.0g和0.8g的三日疗法进行治疗,平均退热时间分别为50±23h和40±19h;平均原虫转阴时间分别为58±14h和64±15h。同时,对16例间日疟患者采用同样的三日疗法,平均退热时间为28±14h和30±13h;平均原虫转阴时间分别为50±90h和54±11h。恶性疟组与间日疟组均有相应病例数以氯喹作对照。结果表明双咯喹组的临床疗效不逊于氯喹组,但双咯喹的副反应似较氯喹为轻。
In August-October 1984, 26 patients with falciparum malaria were treated with the anti-malarial new-drug dioquinazol-2 and 1.0g and 0.8g three-day therapies. The mean time to warm-up was 50 ± 23h and 40 ± 19h; average protozoa negative time were 58 ± 14h and 64 ± 15h. At the same time, the same three-day therapies were used in 16 cases of Vivax patients. The mean time to extubation was 28 ± 14h and 30 ± 13h respectively. The mean time to parasitemia was 50 ± 90h and 54 ± 11h respectively. In the cases of Plasmodium falciparum and Plasmodium vivax, chloroquine was used as control. The results showed that the clinical efficacy of diclazoline group was no worse than that of chloroquine group, but the side effects of diclofop than chloroquine was light.
