以萝卜芽苗菜为试材,探讨了在不同浓度铅(100、300、500mg·L~(-1))胁迫下,4种内源植物激素(玉米素(ZR)、脱落酸(ABA)、赤霉素(GA3)、吲哚乙酸(IAA))以及IAA/ABA、GA3/ABA的动态变化。结果表明:ZR含量随铅浓度的升高而下降。ABA随着铅浓度的升高呈现出先下降后上升趋势,GA3含量则呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,在铅浓度为300mg·L~(-1)时达到最大值。IAA与GA3变化趋势保持一致,在铅浓度升高的条件下,含量先升后降,在铅浓度100mg·L~(-1)时达到峰值;生长促进类激素与衰老促进型激素的比值如IAA/ABA、GA3/ABA也随着铅浓度的升高,呈现出先上升后下降的趋势。表明铅胁迫能改变萝卜芽苗菜内源植物激素含量,进而调控萝卜植株的生长。
Using radish sprouts as test material, the effects of four endogenous plant hormones (zeatin (ZR), abscisic acid (ABA) GA3, IAA), and IAA / ABA, GA3 / ABA. The results showed that the content of ZR decreased with the increase of lead concentration. With the increase of lead concentration, ABA showed the first decrease and then the upward trend, while the GA3 content showed the trend of first increasing and then decreasing, reaching the maximum at the concentration of 300 mg · L -1. The trend of IAA and GA3 was consistent. Under the condition of lead concentration increasing, the content of IAA first increased and then decreased, and peaked at the lead concentration of 100 mg · L -1. The ratio of growth promoting hormone to aging promoting hormone IAA / ABA, GA3 / ABA also showed the trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of lead concentration. It showed that lead stress could change the content of endogenous plant hormones in radish sprouts and then regulate the growth of radish plants.
