目的探讨心血管药物在使用过程中的护理观察,确保住院患者的用药安全。方法分析心血管药物的用药情况,以及相应的用药管理方法,特殊药物应按时间用药,并做好护理监测。结果经过加强265例患者心血管口服药物的管理及护理监测,发生不良反应者5例,无药物严重反应。结论强化服药及治疗知识的教育,药物治疗的护理监护可以保证患者安全、有效用药,良好的护理监护是确保心血管疾病患者安全用药的必要保证。
Objective To explore the use of cardiovascular drugs in the process of nursing observation to ensure the safety of hospitalized patients. Methods Analysis of the use of cardiovascular drugs, and the corresponding medication management methods, special drugs should be time medication, and do nursing monitoring. Results After strengthening the management and nursing monitoring of cardiovascular oral medicine in 265 patients, 5 patients had adverse reactions and no drug was serious. Conclusions Strengthen the education of medication and treatment knowledge, and the nursing care of drug treatment can ensure patient safety, effective medication and good nursing care are the necessary guarantees to ensure the safe medication for patients with cardiovascular diseases.
