我在赤城县政协担任文史资料科科长,多年从事文史工作。在2012年九届县政协开局之年,我受领导指派,为赤城县委、县政府代笔撰写了《平北抗日根据地碑记》。这是我第二次写碑文。第一次是在2009年,那年,经七、八届政协主席蒋瑞海发起,由政协常委、实业家王贵龙投资2000万元兴建的胜海寺竣工了。我按照蒋瑞海主席的吩咐,分别撰写了《重修胜海禅寺碑记》《胜海寺功德碑文》两块碑文。
I am Chicheng County Political Consultative Conference served as chief of literature and history, for many years engaged in cultural and historical work. During the first year of the 9th session of the CPPCC in 2012, I was assigned by the leadership and wrote the “Tablet of the Anti-Japanese Base in the Pingbei” for the prefectural government on behalf of Chicheng County Committee. This is my second time writing inscriptions. The first was in 2009, that year, after seven or eight CPPCC Chairman Jiang Ruihai launched by the Standing Committee of the CPPCC, industrialist Wang Guilong invested 20 million yuan to build the Shenghai Temple was completed. At the behest of Jiang Ruihai, I wrote two inscriptions, “Rebuild the Inscription on the Monument of the Sea of Success” and “The Inscription on the Merit of Shenghai Temple”.
