长庆油田采油三厂从年初至11月初,投资120余万元,向长庆石油勘探局各职业技能鉴定站送培训、鉴定高级工340人;从优秀的采油、集输高级工、技师中,向中石油高级技师和技师两个培训基地大庆和西安分别选送3批58人,其中,选送采油高级技师和技师52人,选送集输高级技师和技师6人。11
