幼儿是逐步从依赖成人对自己的评价到学会自我评价的,他们从成人的评价中获得对我的肯定或否定。因此,恰当评价对幼儿行为习惯和品德的形成具有重要的作用。而主观笼统,有失公正的评价,常常会使幼儿丧失前进的勇气和向上的信心。那么,教师如何使自己的评价趋向正确,并使幼儿能从中不断地产生进取的欲望和向上的动力呢?一、教师的评价要符合客观性的原则在幼儿园,我们不难看到这样评“好孩子”的情景:老师说:“xx这星期吃饭很乖,上课会回答问题,和小朋友
