腹水是临床上常见的症状,但乳糜腹水则并不多见.我院内科有7例以乳糜腹水为突出表现的病例.今报道如下,并对其病因、产生机制作初步探讨。临床资科年龄、性别和病程:7例中,年龄最小13岁,最大52岁。男性6例,女性1例。起病时间最短2月,最长2年余,多数在半年左右。症状和体征:6例属慢性起病.7例均诉腹胀、腹部逐渐膨大和胃纳减退.6例有食后饱胀和乏力.
Ascites is a common clinical symptom, but chylous ascites is rare.Our hospital has 7 cases of cholelithiasis as a prominent manifestation of the cases reported as follows, and its etiology, mechanism of production for a preliminary study. Clinical data age, gender and duration of disease: 7 cases, the youngest 13 years old, maximum 52 years old. 6 males and 1 females. The shortest onset time in February, the longest more than 2 years, most in about six months. Symptoms and signs: 6 cases of chronic onset, 7 cases were v. Abdominal distension, abdomen gradually enlarged and decreased appetite, 6 cases had fullness and fatigue after eating.
