The article puts forward the concept of corporate culture management. It must adhere to the concept of broad culture and prevent it from becoming a cul-de-sac of narrow concept of culture. It is a kind of management theory after scientific management and the only way for Chinese enterprises to achieve scientific management and become bigger and stronger.
