近年来我们国济持续发展,中国民航业取得了巨大进步,飞机数量快速增长,“十二五”期间,运输和通用飞机分别净增1048架和856架,同比分别增长65.6%和84.8%,随之而来的就是航空公司对飞机维护人员的极度渴求,以737NG飞机为例,进行航线维护工作每架飞机需要9名维护人员。同时,由于行业监管趋严,民航局对飞机维护要求更加细化,各项规章制度不断完善,这些都对飞机维护部门的培训工作提出了更高要求。笔者供职于国内某航空公司无锡分公司维修分部,从事分部的培训管理工作,在相关培训管理工作上有自己的见解,这里与大家一一分享。
