青蒿素治疗抗氯喹疟疾65例的效果观察

在海南岛的抗性疟区,采用口服青蒿素5.4克或肌注青蒿素0.8～1.0克的3天疗程的方案,对65例当地儿童和外来成人的抗氯喹疟疾病例进行治疗观察,结果比同期使用磷酸咯茶啶等抗疟药疗效更为显著。认为这是目前治疗抗氯喹疟疾效果较好而又安全的方案。文内对青蒿素的抗疟作用、治疗后的复燃问题和影响疗效的有关因素进行了分析讨论,认为青蒿素属于杀血裂殖体剂抗疟药,在治疗过程中必须伍用伯喹,才能有效清除恶性疟配子体和防止间日疟复发。
