Background: Aortic constriction (CoA) can be associated with abnormalities in hypertension and blood pressure control and persists after advanced repair. Imagine that repairs in the neonatal period may prevent the development of abnormal blood pressure, but there is no data to confirm this. The authors hypothesized that children with aortic constriction could establish early pathological regulation of autonomous cardiovascular function during the neonatal period.
