对SUS430不同退火条件下的组织和力学性能进行检测。结果表明,在奥氏体相变温度(926℃)以下退火,温度越高、时间越长,其强度、硬度越低,伸长率越高,并且水冷时的伸长率低于空冷。相对于相变点以下温度,980℃退火在冷却过程中存在马氏体相变,其强度、硬度升高,伸长率降低。SUS430在700℃×1800 s退火不存在中温脆性。在试验条件范围,910℃退火200 s,再结晶组织最为均匀,伸长率也最高。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of SUS430 under different annealing conditions were tested. The results show that when the temperature is below the austenite transformation temperature (926 ℃), the higher the temperature is, the longer the temperature is. The lower the strength and hardness are, the higher the elongation is. Relative to the phase transition temperature below the temperature, 980 ℃ annealing in the cooling process exists martensitic transformation, the strength, hardness, elongation decreased. SUS430 annealed at 700 ℃ × 1800 s does not exist in the temperature brittleness. In the range of test conditions, annealed at 910 ℃ for 200 s, the recrystallized structure is the most uniform and the elongation is the highest.
