作为眉山城区具有百年办学史的老校,经过几代苏祠人的同心戮力、励精图治,我校由小到大、由弱变强,成为当地享有盛誉的优质学校。问题是,近年来很大一部分教师在分享“苏祠”光环时,仅凭经验和老本教书育人,放慢以至停止了前进的脚步。新课程标准赋予了教学更深刻、更科学的定义,提出以学生为中心,以学定教,变课堂为学堂,倡导学生自主、合作、探究学习;教师则应转变为学生学习的组织者、参与者、启发者、发动者。全面深化课程
As Meishan City has a hundred years running history of the school, after several generations of Su Shimin people’s efforts, good governance, our school from small to large, from weak to strong, become the local prestigious high-quality schools. The problem is that when a large part of teachers share the aura of “Su Shimu” in recent years, they have only slowed or stopped their progress by merely using experience and capital to educate others. The new curriculum standard gives a more profound and scientific definition of teaching. It puts forward that taking students as the center, teaching and changing classes as the classroom, advocating the students’ autonomy, cooperation and inquiry learning; teachers should be transformed into the organizers of student learning, Participants, Instructors, Initiators.
