目前,高校党组织在推进党务公开工作中,通过丰富党务公开形式和载体、规范党务公开程序、完善党务公开保障制度等措施有效推进了党务公开建设。但是仍存在一些问题和倾向,如“一阵风”现象、“两张皮”现象、“三脱节”现象等。要破解实践中的问题,需要我们在工作理念、动力和制度层面进行理性思考。
At present, the party organizations at colleges and universities have effectively promoted the open-mindedness of party affairs in promoting the party affairs openness by effectively enriching the open forms and carriers of party affairs, standardizing the open procedures of party affairs, and improving the open guarantee system for party affairs. However, there are still some problems and tendencies such as the phenomenon of “a gust of wind”, the phenomenon of “two skins”, the phenomenon of “three divisions” and so on. To solve practical problems, we need to think rationally, motivated and institutionalized.
