加强改制企业党建工作,既是巩固党的执政基础的客观要求,又是促进企业自身健康发展的迫切需要。企业无论怎么改,党的领导和执政地位不能改,国家的社会主义性质不能改,企业党组织的政治核心地位不能改。
Strengthening party building in the restructuring of enterprises is not only an objective requirement for consolidating the party’s governing foundation, but also an urgent need for promoting the healthy development of enterprises themselves. No matter how the enterprise is changed, the party’s leadership and ruling status can not be changed. The socialist nature of the country can not be changed. The political core position of the party organizations in enterprises can not be changed.
