李屯小区位于市中心西部,东邻主干道共济大街,是市区内比较老的居住区。居民房屋简陋破烂,大都是建国前和40、50年代建造的平瓦房,基本上都属危险房,没有上下水等市政设施,道路狭窄,室外环境和卫生条件不好,是瓦房店旧城改造的重点地区。市政府要求一次规划,逐年实现。
Litun Community is located in the west of the city center, and is adjacent to the main road, Gongji Street in the east. It is an old residential area in the urban area.
