近几年来,财税战线吸收了大量的新同志,他们多数工作在基层第一线,积极性高,好学上进,迫切要求提高政策业务水平,以适应四化建设发展的新形势。过去,本刊曾在“税务专管纵横谈”栏内,刊登了一些经验性、知识性的文章,但还不能满足广大基层税务专管同志的需要。为此,本刊约请梁芬菊同志分专题谈谈如何做好税务专管员工作的问题(约有十多个选题),从这一期起,分期予以刊载,希望能对青年专管员在工作上有所帮助。税务专管工作涉及的面比较宽,税收业务发展比较快,税制改革工作正在进行,新的情况和新的问题将会不断出现。旧的矛盾解决了,新的矛盾又逼着我们去解决,在前进道路上,一定会有许多新鲜的、有启迪性的经验在各地出现。我们期待着广大从事专管工作的同志,把自己在实践中的好思想、好经验随时提供给本刊,我们将在“税务专管纵横谈”或其它有关栏目内,不断反映这方面的情况和经验,促进税务专管工作更上一层楼。
