When the reform of state-owned enterprises entered a new stage of institutional innovation and supporting reforms, we ushered in a grand festival for the 74th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. In the great cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, state-owned enterprises are in a very important position. State-owned enterprises, especially large and medium-sized enterprises, are the backbone of the national economy, the main source of state revenue and the basic force for China to participate in international competition and cooperation. For a long time, state-owned enterprises have made tremendous contributions to the development of our national economy.
