具备按键式电话机的检修技能,首先要掌握电话机的特点及其工作原理,再结合具体的机型分析图纸,并根据信号流程学会一般故障的观察、分析、判断方法,在动手检修之前做到心中有数;其次要掌握正确的检修步骤和基本方法以及检测手段,提高检修的科学性;然后在检修实践中注意总结经验,积累资料。笔者根据多年的检修实践,根据电路的组成特点,按照功能单元电路进行故障分析,并运用切实可行的检测手段,收到了事半功倍的效果。现以 HA893(Ⅱ)P/T 型电话机的故障实例,介绍检修过程并加以总结,希望能起到举一反三的作用。
