[目的]探讨大黄蛰虫丸的抑瘤作用及其对S180荷瘤小鼠外周血白细胞介素4(IL-4)表达的影响。[方法]建立小鼠克洛氏(S180)肉瘤动物模型,分别灌服高、中、低剂量的大黄蛰虫丸及环磷酰胺后,采用ELISA法检测S180荷瘤小鼠外周血IL-4含量。[结果]大黄蛰虫丸方高、中、低剂量对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率分别50.00%、41.95%和31.03%。大黄蛰虫丸方高、中、低剂量组与模型组比较,S180荷瘤小鼠外周血IL-4含量明显减少(P<0.05)。[结论]大黄蛰虫丸可通过降低荷瘤小鼠外周血IL-4含量而发挥抑瘤作用,为其在临床应用提供了一定的实验和理论依据。
[Objective] To investigate the antitumor effect of Rhubarb and its effect on the expression of interleukin-4 (IL-4) in peripheral blood of S180 tumor-bearing mice. [Method] The mouse model of Kawasaki (S180) sarcoma was established. The high, medium and low doses of rhubarb and zooplankton were respectively dosed. The levels of IL-4 content. [Result] The inhibitory rates of Rhubarb, Zhibao and Pill in high, medium and low doses on S180 tumor-bearing mice were 50.00%, 41.95% and 31.03%, respectively. Compared with model group, the content of IL-4 in peripheral blood of S180 tumor-bearing mice decreased significantly (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Rhubarb Zhechong pill can exert antitumor effect by reducing the content of IL-4 in the peripheral blood of tumor-bearing mice, which provides some experimental and theoretical evidence for its clinical application.
