博物馆讲解员是博物馆与社会公众联系的纽带,在博物馆中具有极其重要的作用,所以,为了搞好讲解工作,提高博物馆宣传教育工作水平,必须培养一支专业化、具有广博的业务知识的讲解队伍,只有这样,才能不断满足群众艺术欣赏的需要,丰富人民群众的科学文化生活。本文从纪念馆讲解员的注意力、记忆力、解读能力、感知能力、语言能力、沟通能力这六个方面考察了讲解员的讲解能力,找寻提高纪念馆讲解员讲解能力的路径。

This article examines the explanation ability of the instructors from the six aspects of the attentiveness, memory, reading ability, cognitive ability, language ability and communicative competence of the instructors, and finds out the way to improve the explaining ability of the instructors.
