国家档案部门已经明确规定,档案工作要本着“优先服务”的精神,而要改善档案利用服务最为重要的一点就是要做好档案利用的信息反馈工作。档案部门在档案利用的信息反馈工作方面已经做出了一定的贡献,但是依然存在一些问题,例如缺乏制度保障、反馈模式单一、宣传和教育力度不足等问题。文章在分析档案利用信息反馈工作存在问题的基础上提出有利于加强档案利用信息反馈工作的策略。旨在为提升档案利用信息反馈工作提供一些可行性的思路和意见,充分发挥档案的价值。
The national archives department has clearly stipulated that the archival work should be based on the principle of “priority service”, and the most important point to improve the utilization of archives is to make good use of the information feedback of archives. Archives departments have made some contribution in the information feedback work of file utilization, but some problems still exist, such as the lack of system guarantee, single mode of feedback, lack of publicity and education. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in archives utilization information feedback work, the article puts forward the tactics which are helpful to strengthen the information feedback work of archives utilization. The purpose of this paper is to provide some feasible ideas and suggestions for enhancing the utilization of information feedback of archives and give full play to the value of archives.
