HGB-35型不锈钢保温铁路罐车由锦西化工机械厂研制,是北京东方化工厂的关键设备之一,用来运输对温度要求苛刻的丙烯酸及其酯类产品。为防止丙烯酸系列产品介质在运输过程中出现凝固和聚合,罐车有优良的隔热性能:当外界环境温度在-27～+41℃时,可以保证罐内介质125h温升(或降)≤5℃,即温度变化≤0.04℃/h。罐车总传热系数≤0.17W/(m~2·K)。
HGB-35 stainless steel insulated railway tankers developed by Jinxi Chemical Machinery Factory are one of the key equipment of Beijing Oriental Chemical Plant and are used to transport acrylic acid and its ester products with demanding temperature. In order to prevent the acrylic series medium from coagulating and polymerizing in the process of transportation, the tanker has excellent thermal insulation performance: when the ambient temperature is between -27 ~ + 41 ℃, the temperature rise (or drop) of the medium in the tank can be guaranteed to be less than or equal to 5 ℃, that is, temperature change ≤0.04 ℃ / h. The total heat transfer coefficient of tankers ≤0.17W / (m ~ 2 · K).
