民营经济通常是指非国有直属机构的法人组织或自然人,以自有资本、租赁资本、借贷资本为主从事自主经营、自负盈亏并享有相对独立的收益权和投资权的经济活动的总和。自改革开放以来,我国民营经济已成为中国经济一道亮丽的风景线。但是作为企业管理重要组成部分的企业档案工作却没有跟上时代发展的步伐。在此,笔者从民营企业档案工作的不足之处入手,探讨民营企业建档的必要性和档案管理的有效措
