目的探讨γ干扰素诱导蛋白10(IP-10)对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)感染所致小鼠肺部炎性病变的影响。方法 40只BALB/c小鼠随机分为4组,每组10只。对照组正常饲养,IP-10组单纯腹腔注射IP-10,RSV组只感染RSV,IP-10+RSV组腹腔注射IP-10后感染RSV。感染后第5 d,将小鼠处死,取肺脏,称重,计算小鼠肺指数,取左肺做病理分析及间质性肺炎病理评分。结果 1)肺指数:IP-10+RSV组为(1.99±0.25)%,与RSV组(1.51±0.16)%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2)病理变化:IP-10组与对照组均未见明显炎症反应,RSV组可见肺间质及血管周围炎性细胞浸润,IP-10+RSV组肺间质、支气管、血管处出现严重炎症反应;3)间质性肺炎病理评分:IP-10+RSV组为10.4±0.9,与单纯感染RSV组7.5±0.7比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 IP-10水平增高可加重RSV所致小鼠肺部炎性病变。
Objective To investigate the effects of interferon-inducible protein-10 (IP-10) on the inflammatory lesions in mice induced by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection. Methods 40 BALB / c mice were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 mice in each group. In the control group, the IP-10 group was given IP-10 alone. The RSV group was only infected with RSV. The IP-10 + RSV group was infected with IPV-10 after intraperitoneal injection of IP-10. On the 5th day after infection, the mice were sacrificed, the lungs were taken and weighed. The lung index of mice was calculated. The left lung was taken for pathological analysis and pathological score of interstitial pneumonia. Results: 1) The pulmonary index was (1.99 ± 0.25)% in IP-10 + RSV group and 1.51 ± 0.16% in RSV group (P <0.01); 2) Pathological changes: IP- There was no obvious inflammatory reaction in the control group. The infiltration of inflammatory cells in the interstitium and perivascular of the RSV group was observed. The IP-10 + RSV group had severe inflammatory reaction in the interstitium, bronchus and blood vessel. 3) The pathology of interstitial pneumonia Score: The IP-10 + RSV group was 10.4 ± 0.9, which was significantly different from that of RSV group (7.5 ± 0.7) (P <0.01). Conclusion Increased levels of IP-10 may aggravate lung inflammatory lesions induced by RSV in mice.
