耐磨耐蚀轻轨新钢种36CuPCr、55PV 各项性能均达到或超过现有进口日本电炉钢轻轨实物水平。其σ_n、HB 比普碳轻轨分别提高5~9 kg/mm~2和27~37;比日本轻轨分别提高4~8 kg/mm~2和23~33。耐磨性和实物疲劳性能分别提高5.3~1.8倍和1.3~0.8倍。耐蚀性能接近日本轻轨。经煤矿一年多时间试铺,表现出良好的耐蚀性能,其使用寿命比普碳轻轨可提高0.5倍以上。
