截至目前,社区矫正试点工作已在六个试点省(市)的35个区(市)、310个街道(乡镇)展开,其中北京市已经在辖区内全面铺开。试点工作积累了经验,取得了成效,主要表现在以下几个方面:第一,积极争取各级党委、政府重视和支持,密切与相关部门协调配合,建立健全社区矫正领导机构和工作机制。第二,以基层司法所为主,充分吸收社会力量参与,初步建立社区矫正工作者队伍。第三,加强建章立制,初步形成社区矫正工作制度和流程,确保了试点工作依法规范进行。第四,以提高矫正质量为核心,积极摸索行之有效的社区矫正工作
Up to now, pilot work on community correction has started in 35 districts (cities) and 310 streets (townships) in six pilot provinces (cities), of which Beijing has been fully implemented in the jurisdiction. Pilot work accumulated experience and achieved results, mainly in the following aspects: First, actively seek the party committees and governments at all levels to attach importance to and support, work closely with relevant departments and establish and improve the leading bodies and working mechanisms for community correction.
