近年来,我们着力强化安置帮教工作的基础建设,不断推动安置帮教工作向纵深发展,全区360名刑释解教人员中,有344名得到了妥善安置,安置率达95.5%,帮教率达98.2%,今年以来无一人重新违法犯罪,筑牢了我区社会稳定的基础防线,优化了经济发展的环境。我们的做法是:、一、健全机构网络,奠定安置帮教工作的坚实基础(一)健全组织机构,实行网络化管理。为加强安置帮教工作的组织领导,我们在区、街、居三级成立了由党政领导挂帅的安置帮教工作领导小组,设立专门办事机构,选派专兼职人员,明确工作职责,构筑了安置帮教工作的组织网络。全区成立各级安置帮教组织177个,专兼职人员达1480人,组建了“夕阳
